  • 2023 № 6 Statistical accounting improvement as a measure to increase the effectiveness of prevention of circulatory system diseases.

Improving the provision of medical care for diseases of the circulatory system, including disease prevention, is an urgent problem, the solution of which is carried out in the Russian Federation at the state level.
Purpose of the study is to evaluate information on the features of accounting for peripheral artery diseases and the level of their prevalence on the basis of information contained in official statistical reporting forms.
Materials and methods. Based on the information of medical organizations contained in official statistical reporting forms No. 12 and No. 14, an assessment of the features of accounting for peripheral artery diseases and their prevalence in St. Petersburg for the period from 2015 to 2020 was carried out. In order to neutralize the influence of regional peculiarities of the organization of medical care during the pandemic of a new coronavirus infection, 2019 was chosen as the main research period. Extensive and intensive indicators were calculated with an assessment of the reliability of their difference, a correlation analysis was carried out.
Results. The official statistical forms take into account a limited list of diseases of the peripheral arteries, which accounts for only 1,2% in the structure of diseases of the circulatory system in St. Petersburg. The proportion of other diseases of the circulatory system that are background is high: high blood pressure – 38,7%, cerebrovascular diseases – 25,5%, coronary heart disease – 22,5%. At the same time, the contribution of peripheral artery diseases in assessing their long–term consequences is significant – there is an increase in the level of surgical interventions, including amputations. In addition, a strong correlation was established between the prevalence of peripheral artery diseases and background diseases (p = 0,78; p < 0,01), which indicates a “cumulative effect” of peripheral artery diseases in the
    population.
Conclusions. It is necessary to develop separate preventive programs for patients with peripheral artery diseases, the instrument of which can be the organization of their effective accounting by means of a register specially created for these purposes.

  • 2023 № 3 Retrospective analysis of the form of industry statistical observation №131/o regarding the registration of risk factors for development chronic non-communicable diseases

To monitor, assess, analyze and register the prevalence of behavioral and biological risk factors, the form of industry statistical reporting No. 131/o “Information on preventive medical examination and medical examination of certain groups of the adult population” is used.
The quality and reliability of the primary statistical data presented in Form No. 131/o determines the further planning and implementation of preventive measures within the framework of interdepartmental interaction and cooperation with broad segments of the population.
The reliability and quality of statistical materials collected during the medical examination of certain groups of the adult population should guarantee the adoption of adequate management decisions on the development of preventive medicine and the basis for improving the effectiveness of the public health system.
Purpose: to conduct a retrospective analysis of the orders of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation regulating the procedure for filling out and submitting the form of industry statistical reporting № 131/o “Information on preventive medical examination and medical examination of certain groups of the adult population” for the period from 2013 to 2021, in terms of providing primary data on the registered risk factors.
Material and methods. Content analysis of orders of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation regulating the procedure for filling out and submitting the form of industry statistical reporting № 131/o for 2013, 2015, 2020; reporting forms № 131/o; orders regulating the procedure for preventive medical examination and medical examination of certain groups of the adult population for the period from 2012 to 2021.
Results. A retrospective analysis of the orders of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation regulating the procedure for filling out and submitting the form of industry statistical reporting № 131/o for the period from 2013 to 2021, in terms of providing primary data on the registration of risk factors, showed that, despite the shortcomings, only this form allows you to study and analyze information on the prevalence of risk factors and on this basis to identify priority areas for the prevention of chronic non-communicable diseases. That is, the analysis of form № 131/o allowed us to conclude that it is necessary not only to reconsider approaches to the organization of medical examinations and the collection of primary data, but also to modernize the concept of the largest preventive measure carried out within
the framework of the state health system.
Conclusions. A retrospective analysis of the orders of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation regulating the procedure for filling out and submitting the form of industry statistical reporting No.131/o for the period from 2013 to 2021, in terms of providing primary data on the registration of risk factors, showed that, despite the shortcomings, only this form allows you to study and analyze information on the prevalence of risk factors and on this basis identify priority areas for the prevention of chronic non-communicable diseases. The highest incidence is found in the Volga and Southern federal districts, both in the general population and among the child population. Among the children between the ages of 0 and 14, an unprecedented high incidence rate is observed in the North Caucasus Federal District: from 28.8 in 2014 to 34.7 in 2016, which is higher than in the country as a whole by 4, 4 and 6.7 times, respectively. Conclusion. During the period under study, the incidence of microsporia decreased by 0.2%, among the infant population – by 8.1%, the incidence of trichophytia – 7.1% and 11.5%, respectively.

  • 2017 № 7 The condition of traumatism problem according to data of official statistics and scientific foundation for its control

Traumatism is the priority problem of Health Protection in Russia. The questions of statistics and organization of specialized help are not yet decided. The results of analyses of the main data in the Astrakhanian region according to official medical statistics for 2005–2015 years are represented in the article. There were studied the intensive data, their dynamics, meaning of difference according to statistic criteria t. The limit of possibilities in investigation of traumatism and mortality because of external factors in connection with not quite full control of their parameters in the forms of federal statistic observation was found out. The necessity of perfection of control in traumatism and medical help to victims by creation of regional and federal specialized informative systems and adoption of normative documents were confirmed. The introduction of worked-out regional informative systems gives the possibility to improve control of traumatism and specialized medical help
