This article is devoted to improving the quality of services in the healthcare and medical industry. The purpose of this work is to analyze the effectiveness of enterprises and individual services in healthcare, taking into account the introduction of life-cycle contracts in Russia from 2019. The scientific novelty of the work consists in the generalization and analysis of existing approaches to the organization of medical device service in order to develop conclusions and recommendations to improve the quality and effectiveness of this activity.

The approach of creation the common communication system as an increasing efficiency factor of a large medical center is presented. The definition of the communication system, its structure and main characteristics are provided on the example of the Tatarstan cancer center. The principles of Tatarstan cancer centers information space are described. Communication channels of healthcare organization are cited. Unique classification of the information that is used in information space of Tatarstan cancer center. Rules of information interaction and principles of a communication feedback are also described. The Product of a transparent system of communication is a clear and distinct information that is available to all stakeholders, the aim of transparent communication system construction is an efficient healthcare organization goal achievement; communication system in medical center has a number of distinctive features and depends on the organizational structure, regulations of information interaction of various healthcare organizations and characteristics of the formed communication channels, and characteristics of organizational culture

2017 № 5 The efficiency of using the hardware diagnostic radiology in subjects of the Russian Federation
The article analyzes the data of state statistical observation for the period from 2011 to 2015. The analysis of the indicators of the number of radiation diagnostic devices, namely, radiographic apparatus, computer tomography and magnetic resonance tomography, the number of studies carried out on them and the number of radiologists working on this equipment. The load on each device in different regions is determined. The most effective regions for the use of the fleet of radiation diagnostic equipment and their congestion have been determined. The results of the study confirm the hypothesis that the effectiveness of the operation of the radiation diagnostics service does not depend on the amount of equipping the equipment of the regions with radiation diagnostic devices. This study made it possible to identify regions with the maximum and minimum efficiency of the operation of the radiation diagnostics service.

Occurrence of the adverse reactions to latex gloves among operating doctors is caused by the statistically unverified structure, underestimation on the issue by epidemiologists and not rational approach to hospital purchases. The article shows that the accurate assessment and structuring of the medical professionals’ needs, simple clinical-economic analysis and knowledge of the Russian market of gloves allows to find the best solution of the allergy to latex issue for every hospital despite its level of financing

Annotation: World and Russian problems that stop rational equipping of the hospitals were analyzed. The ways of solving these problems were suggested. It was shown that rational choice of a medical device is only possible, when healthcare needs and requirements of a hospital plan are taken into consideration.

2013 № 10 Trends in the development of laboratory services in Russia in 2009–2012 (Moscow, Russia)
The article presents data on the volume and structure of the clinical laboratories in the country. An increase to 16 000 the number of laboratories in the decline in the number of medical facilities of MoH system. The share of centralized clinical diagnostic laboratories in Russia does not exceed 3,8%. The specificity of the laboratory service, which is manifested in the lagging pace of growth from analitical equipments, relatively low labor productivity.
