In the recent years hardware medical waste treatment technologies are widely spreading. Choosing of a technology and a model of specialized device is a difficult problem for medical enterprises because of wide selection of that devices as well as information about their epidemiological, technological and economical effectiveness. A root sheet of selection specialized devices for health-care waste treatment from the step of technology choosing up to project realization and commissioning of the medical waste treatment site is given in this article.

2015 № 1 Stages of implementation of medical waste management system, optimal for large megacities
The problem of the annual growth in education of medical waste requires the development of integrated solutions in the organization of the optimal waste management , hazardous epidemiologically. In the metropolitan areas and large cities, where a high concentration of medical institutions, this problem is of particular relevance. The paper discusses the main results of implementation of the innovation system, and presents the optimal model taking into account transition of the health care system to new forms of economic activities and financing.
