Describes the approach to forming integral indicators of the level of informatization of medical organizations, forming the basis of assessing the level of computerization of the regional segment of EGISZ.
Presents principles and mathematical methods of processing results for further interpretation and forming integral indi- cators obtained on the basis of questionnaires for evaluation of specific indicators of informatization of medical orga- nizations. Presents the results of practical application of the technique of an estimation of the level of informatization, KGBUZ «Medical information analytical center» of the Ministry of Health of the Khabarovsk Krai. -
Experience in formation of a register of limb amputations in Kemerovo Region. Principles and mechanisms
Kemerovo Region limb amputations register formation aim is to improve life expectancy and quality of life among patients (disabled persons) with limb loss on the ground of advancements in rehabilitation and healthcare delivery for this population.
This paper determines the primary organisational and technical challenges that should be met when formatting the limb amputations register as well as the solutions to address them. It establishes the list of system credentials for limb amputations database creation; determines the sources of primary data; describes the building of the organisational system of primary data gathering and updating. Designed amputations register formation technology is considered as a basis for implementation of the registration of patients with socially significant pathology in the region. -

Registers are the basic conditions of medical care at the present stage, allowing to obtain basic information about the condition of the patient, about dynamics of clinical course of the disease, consumption of medicines, thera- peutic and diagnostic effects, etc., which increases the efficiency of the treatment process, and improves its organization at the state level. The article presents information about the currently existing types of registers, including registers of patients with hemophilia in Russia and in the world, the relevance of their creation, and the major problems associated with their maintenance

Conceptual model of information and analytical system «school of insult»
In article the concept of the information and analytical system developed on the basis of a neurology unit of the Central regional hospital of the Fish and Suburban district of the Republic of Tatarstan and intended for ensuring activity of School of a Stroke is developed. Work is based on long-term experience of establishment in the sphere of prophylaxis of emergence of primary acute disorders of a cerebral circulation, in particular, of strokes and also prophylaxis of their secondary emergence and treatment of their consequences. The purpose of development and deployment of IAS «School of a Stroke» is ensuring information support of doctors at exercise of scheduled maintenance, the help in creation of the personified prophylaxis, ensuring continuous dynamics of scheduled maintenance and contribution to formation of commitment to treatment. In article the purposes, functions, tasks and possible implementers of system are described. The scheme of the movement of information streams in system is given.
