Methods of intellectual support of physician-researcher’s work in the study of the zones of ischemic brain injury and movement of mesenchymal stem cells

The article considers methods of automatic isolation and analysis of zones of ischemic brain injury of a labo- ratory animal (rat) and methods for analyzing the characteristics of transplanted mesenchymal stem cells migration. The initial information for the analysis is the data of magnetic resonance imaging. The developed methods are designed to support the decision-making of physician-researchers
