Planning of medical care in the field of hematopoietic stem cell transplantation with the use of information technology.
Currently in Russia the organization and development of transplant services requires the solution of a number of major tasks at the levels of medical institutions and the healthcare system as a whole. One such task is a comprehensive accounting and registration of a group of patients who are transplantation of hematopoietic stem cells and organization of planning of provision of this kind of high-tech care at the level of medical institutions. The complexity and multicomponent nature of the process of planning and carrying out transplantations of hematopoietic stem cells at the level of medical institutions, the high importance of the international component of organ donation and the need of clinical and laboratory and diagnostic data of patients and donors require the development and implementation of specialized software. The current high level of development of medical information systems for various purposes, an integrated approach to the formalization of processes and requirements for reporting, storing and processing clinical and laboratory diagnostic data allow us to develop existing and introduce new approaches to the development and implementation of software tools in different areas of health. We will present the main results of the development and implementation of software tools for planning transplantation of hematopoietic stem cells in the processes of major Federal agencies of health of the Russian Federation, providing this type of high-tech medical care.

Reference data for creating e-Health in Russia: problem overview.
The article is about the importance of reference data (RD) at the e-health foundation, about the aims and structure of newly created Russian Ministry of Health (MOH) RD Control Center. The modules, services of the RD Support System have been described and key terms have been defined. Based on the experience authors formulate the development stages of references, and the unified reference structure (certificate) is introduced that defines common approaches for the reference development and support.
The article section is dedicated to the tasks of the Object Identifier (OID) Control Center of Russian MOH objects. Principles of the OID Tree architecture built from the MOH root unique identificator are introduced. In conclusion, the authors state the most significant problems in the implementation of the Reference data System and propose ways of their solution. -
Determination of risk factors of cardiovascular mortality in institutions of the penitentiary system using the machine learning methods.
The article presents the results of the first clinical and epidemiological studies to identify risk factors for fatal cardiovascular disease in patients of medical institutions of the penitentiary system. In a research the Machine learning methods based on creation of optimal partitioning signs space and recognition methods were applied. It is with high reliability has allowed to determine predictive factors of hospital mortality in cardiac patients, which became: the use of a strong tonic drink «chifir», age, weight, growth, systolic and diastolic blood pressure, hemoglobin level, heart rate, left ventricular ejection fraction, end-systolic and end-diastolic left-ventricular dimension, hypertension and the number of criminal record.

Patient adherence level evaluation system.
The present paper deals with intellectual systems for patient’s level adherence determination and evaluation. The most popular novadays techniques for adherence evaluation is interview. We advise new automation approach – the system which compares direct pation data with treatment plan using fuzzy logic and standard ISO 13606. For this research data entered by users. Next step is sensor device including for thr purposes of patinet’s adherence determination. The results can be useful for healthcare providers with lind-term patients.

Possibility of mobile app usage as a tool to improve compliance for patients with cardiovascular disease, Federal State Budgetary Scientific Institution Research Institute for Complex Issues of Cardiovascular Diseases.
Currently, low adherence is a problem of treatment of patients with cardiovascular diseases. Developing of the modern tool to raise patient’s awareness of their disease and to improve adherence to all requirements of doctors is particularly important. The aim of our study was to investigate the readiness of patients to use mobile software and applications designed to improve adherence to treatment.
In the study were included 106 patients hospitalized in the clinic in February 2017 with various cardiovascular diseases. All patients filled out the original questionnaire, which included questions about the use of mobile phones, activity in social networks and ready to use applications and programs for patients. In this sample was revealed a high percentage of active users of mobile phones (97%). More than a half (57%) of patients expressed their willingness to use the programs and applications to improve adherence to treatment. The potential cohort of patients for using applications are persons of age 51–70 years. Among the different disease groups, the best results showed patients with arterial hypertension, acquired heart diseases and stable angina (66–70%). No significant gender differences were found. A high percentage of mobile phone usage among patients and readiness for active use of programs and applications can be used as a tool to improve adherence to treatment.
