examples of the use of personnel assessment results in the development of the clinic. The model of personnel rating based
on the given competency model is presented. -
2018 № 4 Assessment of financial flows and expenditures in HIV/AIDS infection in Tajikistan
In Tajikistan, despite the measures taken, there are still problems in reducing the spread of the epi-demic and covering the HIV/AIDS prevention and treatment measures related to HIV/ IDS financing. Development of measures to ensure long-term financing of national programs and strategies related to HIV/AIDS response. The need to finance HIV/AIDS programs in the long term until 2020 was developed on the basis of a mathematical model for assessing the epidemic’s development and forecasting. Based on the mathematical model, assessing the development of the HIV/AIDS epidemic shows that in the case of sufficient financing of all basic services within a budget of $129 million for the period until the end of 2020, about 8,360 new cases of infection and the preservation of 101,700 DALYs. Sufficient funding for all basic services related to the prevention and treatment of HIV/AIDS will effectively achieve the goal of preventing the further spread of the HIV / AIDS epidemic by 2030

2015 № 9 Provision of medical aid within a medical approbation
Currently there are developed legal and methodological principals for medical aid provision within a clinical approbation of prevention methods, diagnostics, treatment and rehabillitation. Despite the imperfections of the developed system, it allows to eccelerate the process of implimenting new medical technologies into the health care system, having simultaneously provided financial support to federal clinics, experiencing serious economical burdens due to budget cuts for the most common types of medical care in circumstances of economical instability. The article analyses the issues and provides recommendations for improving organizational mechanisms of clinical approbation.

2018 № 5 Assessments of laboratory centralization projects in the Russian regions (pilot study)
In the past years, a great amount of centralization projects took place in laboratory medicine in Russia. Advisors’ opinion of 65 Russian regional healthcare departments on the goals, models and results was investigated in the research. It was identified, that goals for such projects are rarely specific, measurable and achievable. The majority of laboratories are small or middle sized. The effects for regional healthcare systems are estimated rarely. In the paper a few typical models are identified, that are used in the country, and a few definitions and methods of project estimation are offered
