  • 2016 № 6 Improving the efficiency of operation of robotic systems for medical rehabilitation through the implementation of information and telecommunication technologies

    s. Currently, the actual implementation is to study the possibilities of telemedicine and telecommunication technologies in the operation of high-tech medical equipment, such as robotic surgery and rehabilitation complexes. Increasingly in demand methods of personalized medicine, the computerization of administrative and business procedures. Widely implemented public health practice in technology automation jobs of medical specialists, registry staff, laboratories, diagnostic rooms, pharmacies, accountants and managers, electronic document management and electronic patient records. Promising is the use of information technology for telemedicine and remote of the medical-diagnostic and rehabilitation methods. The purpose of this article is to state data coverage problems in the actual practice of national health care and the analysis of the possible prospects of development of telemedicine in health care with the introduction of cluster systems.

  • 2016 № 5 Information management systems in laboratory medicine

The paper presents information that reflects the current state of information management systems applying in medicine. In this case, now various modifications of laboratory information systems are actively being developed and implemented for the needs of clinic-diagnostic laboratories. The author discloses information technology capabilities that are designed not only to solution of medical and organizationalmethodical problems of modern medical laboratories, but also represents the designed information system for an administrator of a clinic-diagnostic laboratory, which provides management of medical-economic processes. The information system is a link between modern health information systems and laboratory information systems.

  • 2016 № 4 Regression models predict families’ satisfaction with availability of cardiac care of their children after surgical treatment of congenital heart defects

Annotation. On the basis of performed multiple logistic regression analysis we obtained high-quality forecasting models children's family satisfaction of availability of cardiac care after surgical treatment of congenital heart defects in The Bakulev Scientific Center of Cardiovascular Surgery. Predictors that increase the likelihood of availability of cardiac care satisfaction, are the availability of consulting cardiologist, the observation in the cardiac surgery hospital, where they were carried out operations on children with congenital heart disease, older age of the child at the time of the survey.

  • 2015 № 10 Biomedicine priorities in the focus of the practical assessment of the prospects applications (Federal Research)

Using genome-sequencing as an example there are analysed risks when choosing priorities for science and technologies development in Russia, based only on the analysis of trends in development of global biomedicine, but not factoring resource provision of the direction. It is demonstrated that in today’s Russia there is a lack of sufficient numbers of competent doctors-genetics. The volume of core courses in medical universities (36 hours) in Russian Federation is inadequate to the intensity of the development of this direction and growth in numbers of genetic diseases. Modern domestic park of sequenators is represented by the equipment of early generation, using which prevents it to meet the world standards of research in the area of genome medicine. In practice the technology of genome sequencing is not widely used in the health care due to high costs of the diagnostics procedures. There is a conclusion drawn about unviability of choice as a priority direction of development, which doesn’t have the personnel and instrumental provision as well as demand in the real sector of economy.
