Public Health and Formation of the Uniform Preventive Space
Annotation. The task of unifying the efforts of all participants of the preventive process, the whole society in order to create a preventive space became urgent In the last decade. The development of the public health system is suggested as such а unite. A great number of discussions on public health at various levels allowed us to formulate the definition and the core functions of public health. It is crucial to realise the public health system both as a totality of different structures and as their purposeful and coordinated activity. Of particular importance is the municipal level as a place of direct contact of the population, bodies of local self-government, the realization of the actions directed on preservation and strengthening of health of the population, with the active participation of citizens themselves.

The analysis of the experience of the organization of treatment of TB patients under the program «hospital at home»
Annotation. The new organizational model of treatment of TB patients – hospital at home was developed and introduced with the purpose to increase efficiency of TB patients’ treatment. We defined indicators for patients’ referral to the «hospital at home». It was proved that the directly observed treatment in a «hospital at home» has high efficiency and low frequency of treatment defaults: completed effectively the course of chemotherapy 90.7% of patients, ineffectively – 2.0%, interrupted treatment – 3.5%, departed – 0.3%, transferred to in-patient departments – 3.5%.
Pharmacoeconomic analysis showed that treatment cost at a «hospital at home» is 2.5 times lower than that for treating patients in an in-patient department and 1.6 times lower than that in an in-patient department for MDR-TB patients. -
Restrictions on medical stuff in the exercise of professional activity and the prevention of conflicts of their interests: medical organization actions
Annotation. The article deals with the features of today for the healthcare organizations compliance with the restrictions placed on medical stuff in the exercise of professional activity and on prevention of conflict of their interests. Authors substantiate and emphasize the need for strict governance of this work in medical organizations local regulations. It is shown that the restrictions imposed on medical stuff in the exercise of professional activity and the prevention of conflict of interests of medical stuff is an integral component of ensuring and control of quality and safety of medical activities in a medical organization.

The quality of medical care as a tool of resource-saving in obstetric institutions in conditions of compulsory health insurance
Annotation. In this article we represented data of quality of medical care in Maternity hospitals operating in the conditions of compulsory health insurance system. Identification of medical care defects during medical and economic expertise shall be sanctioned and fine by health insurance organizations. Analysis of that sanctions allow you reduce internal economical costs and keep economical resources of the obstetric hospital.

Regression models predict families’ satisfaction with availability of cardiac care of their children after surgical treatment of congenital heart defects
Annotation. On the basis of performed multiple logistic regression analysis we obtained high-quality forecasting models children's family satisfaction of availability of cardiac care after surgical treatment of congenital heart defects in The Bakulev Scientific Center of Cardiovascular Surgery. Predictors that increase the likelihood of availability of cardiac care satisfaction, are the availability of consulting cardiologist, the observation in the cardiac surgery hospital, where they were carried out operations on children with congenital heart disease, older age of the child at the time of the survey.

The legitimacy of the audio and video recording during a medical examination
In the article analysis of legislation in an attempt to answer the question of the legality of the audio and video recordings is performed for the performing of the quality of medical care as well as using in civil court as evidence. The practice of applying the law demonstrated by the judgments which were presented as evidence to the court audio and video recordings.

Professional standards – a major innovation in the field of professional competence. They are designed to solve a number of problems that were beyond the power of qualifying characteristics to be approved by the relevant qualification directories (ECTS, etc.). In particular this applies an integrated approach to the qualification requirements of their structuring, codification (in order to automate the search for workers, taking into account the in-depth expertise, etc.). Professional standards creates good preconditions for the formation of job descriptions by combining professional standards contained in the job functions and work activities.
