2017 № 2 Non-medical and other staff working in the medical organizations subordinated to the subject of the Russian Federation
The demand for increasing efficiency in the use of health resources, including human resources, require improved approaches to demand determination for non-medical personnel of health. Over the past three years, almost half (47.3%) increased the absolute number of «other staff» and medical organizations increased by 24.6%, its share in the total number of health workers. Analyzed data provided by the health authorities of the Russian Federation on the size, composition and the additional requirements of healthcare organizations-medical and other staff. The necessity of developing a unified nomenclature of positions in the non-medical part of the health workforce, clearly defined methodological approaches to the formation of the staffing structure and numbers of non-medical personnel depending on the type and capacity of the medical organization.

2020 № 7 Preparedness of medical personnel to work
The analysis of administrative and medical personnel equipment of medical organizations in the Arkhangelsk region with computer equipment was presented. The level of computer competence and readiness of medical personnel to work with medical information systems on the basis of the state budget health organisation of Arkhangelsk region “Arkhangelsk city clinical hospital № 7” was studied. Management decisions taken to improve the quality and availability of medical services were shown.

2013 № 3 Classification of the financial violations connected with the direction of the medical personnel for participation in work of the draft commissions (Saratov state Socio-Economic University, Saratov, Russia)
This article is prepared on the basis of the analysis of laws and other regulations of the Russian Federation and results of the control events held in military commissariats, and intended for employees of accounts department of medical institutions and military commissariats. Systematization of standard financial violations and shortcomings will allow to define the most characteristic violations when carrying out military-medical examination and to organize precautionary work with development of concrete recommendations about strengthening of the financial and budgetary discipline.
