    There is presented data on the number of homeless and neglected minors, placed in medical-preventative organizations in 2013 over time from 2009 to2013 years. There was analyzed it's morbidity (including socially associated diseses) in Russia as a whole and in constituent members of the Federation. Moreover, there are analyzed outcomes of their stay in stationaries, frequency of mortality outcomes by territories. There has been stated an increase in growth of morbidity among homeless children infected with such diseases as tuberculosis, HIV as well as infractions and toxications.

    The concept of construction of the registration documentation on conducting newborns in conditions of obstetrical hospital (in delivery room, physiological branch of newborns and branch of resuscitation and intensive therapy) — with corresponding supplementary sheets to estimate state of health and conducting of premature babies and sick newborns — is stated. Projects of the documentation of the exchange character intended for data transmission about a current of pregnancy and a state health of mother and a fruit from female consultation in obstetrical hospital and from obstetrical hospital to female consultation (data on the woman and its posterity), in children's polyclinic are resulted. In connection with peculiarities of features of an estimation of state of health and conditions of conducting of premature babies and sick children in the conditions of children's hospital (at the second stage) the project of the new registration document «Medical card of the newborn receiving medical care in the conditions of a hospital of the second stage» is developed and presented in article.

  • 2014 № 3 Modernization of the primary medical documentation services of maternity and child health (On observation of the pregnant woman, the lying-in woman and the woman in childbirth) (ASDI «The Central scientific research institute of the organization and informatization of public health services» of the ministry of health of the Russian Federation, Moscow, Russia)

    In article the substantiation of necessity of modernization of the primary medical documentation is stated because operating documents «the Medical card of the pregnant woman and the woman in childbirth» (the form 111/acount), «History of sorts» (the form 96/ac) and «the Exchange card of female consultation and maternity hospital» (the form 113/ac) have become outdated and do not correspond to modern requirements and technologies. The concept of constructing of the new documentation-unified, computer-oriented is stated, which allows using a block principle to build up the algorithms of observation of patients accepted now at different stages of reproductive process and reduces time of filling of medical cards. Offered documents have passed approbation on pilot projects and contain all data necessary for monitoring condition of the woman, a fruit and the child, and allows to estimate activity of the medical personnel of establishments, state of health of women of reproductive age and quality of posterity on territories and drawing up of the statistical reporting (FSO № 32).

The development of the public health system is suggested as such а unite.   • 2014 № 9 Main morbidity trends of population of the Russian Federation in 2012–2013 (Federal Research Institute for Health Organization and Informatics of Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation, Moscow, Russia)

    There was conducted an analysis of dynamics of general and primary morbidity rates among Russian population in the period of 2012–2013 years. There was noticed an increase in the general morbidity rates of population in Russian Federation by 5,2% in 2013. The structure of general morbidity of population in Russian Federation hasn't changed significantly: the first place is taken by lung diseases, second — by diseases related to a blood circulation system, third — by diseases of a musculoskeletal system. The level of primary morbidity rates among the whole population of Russian Federation has increased by 0,8%. The structure of general morbidity among Russian population hasn't changed significantly: the first place is taken by lung diseases, second — by the injuries and intoxications, third — by diseases of genitourinary system.

  • 2013 № 10 Demand of Russian Federation in medical human resources (Ministry of health care of Russian Federation, Moscow, Russia; Federal Research Institute for Health Organization and Informatics of Ministry of Health Development of the Russian Federation, Moscow, Russia)

    Annotation: In the article there are presented results of defining demands of Russian Federation in medical human resources. Base for calculating the number of specialists was volumes of aid set in each subject of Russian Federation while realizing territorial program of state guarantees on provision of medical aid with consideration of age-specific indicators of analogue state guarantees federal program, regional specifics and level of population's morbidity in subjects of Russian Federation. Besides that, methodology called «Calculation of demands of Russian Federation in medical human resources», developed in Federal State Entity of «Central SRI of Organization and Informatization of Health Care», considered territorial specifics of subjects of Russian Federation, — location of the subject in Far North areas and equivalent to the, density of population, proportion of the rural population. With that there were used reducing the pressure coefficients on physicians positions. In the article there is a comparison of actual number of main professions in 2012 year and revised regulatory normative of physicians numbers in 2013–2014 years (per 10 thousand capita), as well as there is described а deviationof normative number of physicians from its actual number (deficit/surplus of physicians) for the main professions.

  • 2013 № 8 Dynamics of morbidity with a temporary disability in Russian Federation in 2007–2011 years (Federal Research Institute for Health Organization and Informatics of Ministry of Health Development of the Russian Federation, Moscow

    Annotation: In the article there is presented an analysis of cases when there is obtained a disability in different categories of diseases within the past 5 year old period dated from 2007 till 2011 years among men and women. Study of dynamics of this indicator has revealed that there has been noticed an increase of disease cases among men obtaining disability and with women the number of cases when disability was obtained remained almost the same. There is presented a structure of diseases causing temporary disability and analysis of indicator dynamics in all classes and particular groups of diseases in the sex cut. There is evidence of importance of studying diseases causing temporary disability, especially taking in account predicted temporary decrease of number of cases and days of temporary disability in 2018 and 2019 years (compared to 2017 year) due to the unfavorable demographic situation forecast.

  • 2014 № 10 Analysis of child morbidity in Russian in the period of 2009–2013 years (Federal Research Institute for Health Organization and Informatics of Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation, Moscow, Russia)

    Annotation. The article presents results of analysis on child morbidity in Russia within a period from 2009 to 2013 years, including data on one-year old toddlers, screening checks data on baby borns, helping to reveal genetic associated and in heritable diseases. There have been also submitted results of preventative checks of children, visiting nursery education organizations along with the accumulated data on allocating these kids in accordance to health groups. There have been analyzed the indexes of aural disorders, vision is orders, prevalence rate of postural disorders and curvature of spin within dynamics of child's growth and development. There have been revealed negative trends of child's health at all ages, weaknesses of medical service and preventative measures in child's educational organizations; there have been articulated suggestions on enhancing preventative work with children and the system for tracking their health state.

  • 2017 № 2 Non-medical and other staff working in the medical organizations subordinated to the subject of the Russian Federation

    The demand for increasing efficiency in the use of health resources, including human resources, require improved approaches to demand determination for non-medical personnel of health. Over the past three years, almost half (47.3%) increased the absolute number of «other staff» and medical organizations increased by 24.6%, its share in the total number of health workers. Analyzed data provided by the health authorities of the Russian Federation on the size, composition and the additional requirements of healthcare organizations-medical and other staff. The necessity of developing a unified nomenclature of positions in the non-medical part of the health workforce, clearly defined methodological approaches to the formation of the staffing structure and numbers of non-medical personnel depending on the type and capacity of the medical organization.

  • 2019 № 2 Dynamics of morbidity indicators during the reform of the Health Care System of the Russian Federation from 2006 to 2016

    Over the past 10 years, it has been possible to achieve positive changes in a number of indicators of public health and resource provision of the health care system. Modernization and reform of the health care system of the Russian Federation today is still not completed and is in the process of implementation. With the aim to study the changes in the state of health of the population against the background of the reform of the health care system of the Russian Federation, taking place in 2006–2016 was used the method of continuous observation based on the forms of state statistical observation. The study showed that over 10 years the death rate of the population decreased by 13%. If in 2006, 2,166,703 people died, then in 2016, 1,891,015 people died. Over 10 years, the life expectancy of Russians has increased by more than 5 years and in 2016 it has exceeded 71.9 years, reaching 77 for women and 66.5 years for men. The analysis of the morbidity over a ten-year period showed a tendency to increase. Thus, the rate of growth of incidence was 3%, and a prevalence of 7%. At the same time, the incidence increased in all Federal Districts, except Central Federal Districts. Over the past ten years, the prevalence of mental and behavioural disorders has decreased by 19%, infectious and parasitic diseases by 17%, diseases of the skin and subcutaneous tissue by 8%. The main line of development of health care system was chosen the strengthening of its preventive orientation, with the primary development of mass and cost-effective community-based forms of activity. In general, the reform of the Health Care System over the past 10 years has had a positive impact on the health status of the Russian population in all age groups.

  • 2016 № 3 The level provision with diagnostic equipment in medical organisations, offering medical aid in ambulant conditions

    Annotation. Shift to the provision of medical care in the outpatient setting updates the analysis of the provision of medical equipment and the loading it in the outpatient departments. Condition of medical devices for preventive screening equipment for computer and magnetic resonance tomography, ultrasound and endoscopic diagnostics studied using official reporting statistic data. The technical condition of the buildings outpatient departments was analizing too. Identified the shortages of equipment for mammography, the suboptimal using of the equipment for screening of the chest. The expediency of the certification of health care organizations recommended, as well as the revision of standards studies using computed tomography. A path to optimizing the load on the diagnostic equipment proposed.
