2016 № 9 Is return of almost forgotten reusable surgical gloves a cost optimization or impractical spending?
Restoration of reusable surgical gloves, followed by consistent negative trend in the sterile surgery import over the last two years, is not economically viable. The article presents data of the clinical-economic analysis justifying the fact that medical organizations that use gloves sterilization on site, are at risk of getting increased budget burden. It is proved that hopes on extra savings due to multiple sterilizations are rather naive mistake than the reality: extra spends related to the use of cheap reusable gloves increase total budget up to the cost of the mid- and high-end price segment gloves. It seems to become critical to integrate the clinical-economic analysis into a routine decision making process of choosing and purchasing medical gloves to every single hospital.

2016 № 5 Modern approaches to the development of medical and technological assignment and effective design of healthcare institutions
Annotation. In the present paper a study of healthcare facilities design models is presented. It is shown how the functional and spatial diagramming, diagramming of flows and modelling/design of healthcare facilities (BIM) allow us to determine (as early as at the stage of medical and technological assignment) the possibility of application of modern medical technologies and equipment, arrangement of process flows, cost of the project and operating costs, construction period time, as well as to ensure the development of high-quality design and detailed documentation.

2016 № 3 The level provision with diagnostic equipment in medical organisations, offering medical aid in ambulant conditions
Annotation. Shift to the provision of medical care in the outpatient setting updates the analysis of the provision of medical equipment and the loading it in the outpatient departments. Condition of medical devices for preventive screening equipment for computer and magnetic resonance tomography, ultrasound and endoscopic diagnostics studied using official reporting statistic data. The technical condition of the buildings outpatient departments was analizing too. Identified the shortages of equipment for mammography, the suboptimal using of the equipment for screening of the chest. The expediency of the certification of health care organizations recommended, as well as the revision of standards studies using computed tomography. A path to optimizing the load on the diagnostic equipment proposed.

2015 № 1 Stages of implementation of medical waste management system, optimal for large megacities
The problem of the annual growth in education of medical waste requires the development of integrated solutions in the organization of the optimal waste management , hazardous epidemiologically. In the metropolitan areas and large cities, where a high concentration of medical institutions, this problem is of particular relevance. The paper discusses the main results of implementation of the innovation system, and presents the optimal model taking into account transition of the health care system to new forms of economic activities and financing.
