2017 № 8 The Results of a study of financing of TB control activities
Tuberculosis control in the Russian Federation has a high national priority, confirmed a high level of funding for TB activities. The value of the costs per patient of tuberculosis is the highest in the world. The main economic burden of TB falls on the budgets of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation. The article presents the results of the analysis of volumes of financing on the main financial sources and areas of spending of budget funds for TB care in 2015. Presents cross-country comparative analysis of the financing of TB control in countries with high burdens of tuberculosis and tuberculosis, caused by the pathogen with multidrug resistance. 2014 № 1 Input normal of execution of state (municipal) assignment as an instrument of financial effectiveness rise (Krasnoyarsk City Administration, Russia).
In the corresponding budget of the Russian Federation budget system there provided appropriation for execution of the assignment. The appropriation are allocated to institution as a subsidy for compensation of normative inputs connected with providing of state (municipal) services (caring out work) and maintenance of property. To determine proper value of subsidy for the fiscal year in turn it is necessary to rate the normals. In the article there considered the methods for determination of normative inputs of providing of state (municipal) services (caring out work) and normative inputs of property maintenance, there given practical examples.

the methods of calculating of differentiated system of payment for labor of doctors, which, in our opinion, is one of the components of motivational mechanisms to improve medical care quality, are presented in this article. The system of payment for labor is based on qualitative and quantitative indicators of labor of Center doctors.
