The article analyzes the features of Informatization of medical rehabilitation processes. The approach to Infor- matization of medical rehabilitation through the development of an IT-platform to support personalized health monitoring and medical and psychological rehabilitation is presented and justified. «Interin Technologies» Inc. conduct research with the participation of the Ailamazyan Program Systems Institute of RAS and Federal State Budgetary Institution «Rehabilitation Center» of the Property Management Department under the President of the Russian Federation with the financial support of the Foundation for Assistance to the Development of Small-Scale Enterprises in the Scientific and Technical Sphere.
