2019 № 1 Benchmarking for assessing the quality of digitization of radiology departments: methodology development
Basing on the “Digital Imaging Adoption Model (DIAM)”, systematized international and own practical experience, there
was developed a tool for benchmarking the level of digitization of radiology departments. The tool includes: 1) a reference “Medviz” maturity model of medical imaging digitization; 2) a basic methodological document (unified five-level digitalization strategy); 3) a digitization degree assessment tool; 4) a structured set of applications. In process of benchmarking, radiology departments are classified in accordance with the author’s Medviz model. Following the established level, a special set of recommendations is formed as basis for further managerial decisions. The methodology was successfully tested by us in five medical centers of the Department of Healthcare of Moscow. The development is applicable for complex studies of IT support of medical centers.
2015 № 2 Creation of the common information space in clinical transfusiology
Experience of creation and application of information technologies in medicine on the example of the Federal Center of Cardiovascular Surgery of the city of Krasnoyarsk is presented in article. The medical information system consisting of various modes for ensuring automation and information maintenance of work of each structural division is developed. The turn of components of donor blood in clinic and traceability of use of blood from the donor to the patient is controlled and carried out in the automatic mode by medical information system with use of the Accounting of Blood module.

In article questions of necessity of creation and realization of person health remote monitoring are considered. Also the main features of special automation information system are considered.
2017 № 3 Digital public health. Necessity and background
There are a number of ongoing state programs and projects in digital health, moreover an ad hoc federal law No. 242-FZ “On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation on the Application of Informa- tion Technologies in the Sphere of Health Protection” was recently adopted. Authors consider the background for such activity of government bodies, its maintenance by market forces. The article demonstrates priority and necessity of the only conceptual core for public health digital transformation as well as the economy at the whole. Project approach benefits to the new law implementation are pointed out
