Annotation. Legal analysis of changes in federal law in terms of regulation of working conditions of health workers. Identified the legal problems of interpretation of federal law, organizational problems of its execution, the problem of efficient use of budget funds. It has been shown that changes in federal law lead to the restoration of the constitutional principle of justice for the assessment of working conditions of health workers; changes in federal law enforce the principle of efficient use of public funds.
