The notification mechanism of notifying the district doctor in the medical information system upon receipt of a new medical document in the regional medical information system based

The main task is to develop a mechanism in Regional medical information system (RMIS), which allows to promptly
notify the district doctor about the receipt of a new electronic medical document in RMIS from outside medical organizations. As
s result, the development and implementation of district doctor’s notifying service significantly optimizes and simplifies the work
of medical personnel with electronic medical documents.
