  • 2014 № 6 Problems of evaluation and interpretation of indicators of morbidity, morality and disability from diseases of the circulatory system (Federal State Budgetary Institution <State Research Center for Preventive Medicine under the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation>, Moscow, Russia; South Ural State Medical University under the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation, Chelyabinsk, Russia)

    The article examines the differences in the approaches to their assessment of morbidity, mortality and disability caused by diseases of the circulatory system (SBR). On mortality from BSK affect coding errors and selecting the cause of death, the lowest frequency of autopsies on the background of high mortality outside hospitals. Indicators of overall morbidity due to peculiarities of the collection of statistical information is significantly more than the population , while the actual number of sick people is unknown. On disability rates have a significant impact not only and not so much the degree of violation of physical state as psychological characteristics and evaluation of subjective perception of disease by patients and physicians; social factors, regulatory documents. These factors lead to the problems of comparing mortality, morbidity and disability between the Russian Federation and other countries, and between regions of the Russian Federation, the complexity of the information support for management decision-making in health and health care organization.

  • 2014 № 11 Legal fundamentals surrounding medical aid provision to citizens, suffering from diseases, representing danger to wider public (Penza State University, Penza, Russia)

    There were studied special aspects of the medical aid provision to people, suffering from socially important diseases and diseases representing threat to the wider public. There was generated a definition of infectious diseases and were presented statistical data. There is determined a set of rules on providing medical aid to patients, suffering from tuberculosis and HIV-infection. The article points out to the flaws in legal regulation administrating provision of medical aid without patient's per mission. Russian legislation lacks norms, regulating administrative law enforcement relative to citizens of mentioned category.

  • 2017 № 5 Study of workload and working time costs of general practitioners in healthcare organizations in Kazakhstan

    The article presents the results of a chronometric analysis of patients from the Karaganda policlinic, while analyzing and studying the costs of the doctor’s working hours for performing various labor operations. In addition, the main factors influencing the duration of admission of general practitioners of primary care organizations were identified, and we also compiled a forecast of the duration of GPs’ admission, depending on the treatment of some variables. Statistical analysis determined the main factors affecting the duration of admission of patients by GPs. These include the Communicative Factor or Component 1, Operating Procedures or Component 2, and Working with Documentation or Component 3
