  • 2014 № 5 Studying of level and dynamics of mortality and severity of consequences of road traffic injuries in Russian Federation (South Ural State Medical University of Ministry of Health-care of Russian Federation, Chelyabinsk, Russia)

    The statistic analysis of mortality and severity of consequences of road traffic injuries in the territory of subjects, Federal districts and Russian Federation as a whole was carried out. Calculation of these indicators was performed on base of four years observation period (2010–2013). Was revealed that mortality in road accidents and severity of consequences of road traffic injuries has certain regional features, and mortality rate in some subjects of Russian Federation remains on high values and has negative dynamics of growth. Thus, the integrated approach for the best organization of the medical service based on regional features of subjects of Russian Federation is necessary for a solution of the problem of mortality in road accidents.

  • 2017 № 4 SWOT-analysis in the practice of forming the main directions of counteraction to the spread of HIV infection

    The paper presents the results of a strategic analysis of the system of medical care for HIV-infected patients at the regional level. The data of the analysis on the basis of expert assessments made it possible to identify the key areas for counteracting the spread of HIV infection in the region. The results of the research show the priority of the program activities to improve the material and technical and personnel support of medical organizations that provide medical and social assistance to patients with HIV infection, as well as activities aimed at raising awareness and attracting the population of the region to HIV testing

  • 2016 № 1 SWOT analysis as an instrument of strategic planning while enhancing private medical clinic diagnostic service

    The analysis of the reorganization of diagnostic service of a big Chelyabinsk private medical clinic by means of joining of a high-profitable ultrasound diagnostic department and endoscopic cabinets with low marginal profitability in the one whole. SWOT-analysis gave basis for pointing out inner and outer factors, influencing the diagnostic service development. As a result of two previously separated material development funds and introducing the system of complex examination of patients the material basis of the whole department was strengthened, that caused economic efficiency at its activity, analysed with the help of profitability markers: assets, production and selling.

  • 2020 № 8 Studying the opinion of graduates of a medical university about the factors that determine the choice of place of work.

    The strategy for the development of healthcare in the Russian Federation improves the staffing of the healthcare system, identified as a priority. The state programs set target indicators for the provision of the population with medical personnel, measures to equip medical organizations with medical workers, and measures of social support for medical workers. The aim of the work was to study the factors relevant for graduates that determine the choice of place of work and the development, based on the data obtained, of measures aimed at improving the availability of qualified medical personnel for medical organizations.
    The results of a sociological study of graduates of a medical university on the problems of employment in medical organizations are studied.
    Analyzed: indicators of the population of the region with doctors; the need for medical organizations of the region in medical personnel; events implemented in the region in order to provide medical organizations with qualified personnel.
    The measures, the implementation of which is aimed at increasing the availability of medical organizations with qualified personnel and achieving the effectiveness of employment of graduates of the university, are determined.
