Main morbidity trends of population of the Russian Federation in 2012–2013 (Federal Research Institute for Health Organization and Informatics of Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation, Moscow, Russia)
There was conducted an analysis of dynamics of general and primary morbidity rates among Russian population in the period of 2012–2013 years. There was noticed an increase in the general morbidity rates of population in Russian Federation by 5,2% in 2013. The structure of general morbidity of population in Russian Federation hasn't changed significantly: the first place is taken by lung diseases, second — by diseases related to a blood circulation system, third — by diseases of a musculoskeletal system. The level of primary morbidity rates among the whole population of Russian Federation has increased by 0,8%. The structure of general morbidity among Russian population hasn't changed significantly: the first place is taken by lung diseases, second — by the injuries and intoxications, third — by diseases of genitourinary system.
Promising model of medical aid management on in Russian Federation (Ministry of Health Care of Novosibirsk region, Novosibirsk, Russia)
This article describes a promising model of medical insurance system implemented on the territory of Russian Federation. Its benefits and disadvantages were analyzed and there were given additional recommendations on reforming the system of healthcare.

Algorithm of rehabilitation institution creation in Russia (Nizhegorodskaya medical academy, Nizhniy Novgorod, Russia)
Annotation. In this article the concept of rehabilitation institution creation is stated. The criteria for assessing of rehabilitation institutions activities are proposed. An algorithm of creation of rehabilitation centers in any subject of the Russian Federation is described. The question of rehabilitation financing possible sources in the Russian Federation is discussed.
Problems associated with provision of paid medical services while using equipment purchased at the expense of state funds or funds from mandatory medical insurance system (FSHI «Health Organization and Informatics» Ministry of Health Care of Russia, Moscow, Russia)
One of the issues, that doesn't have a precise normative regulation, is usage of equipment, purchased at the expense of state budgets of different levels and funds from mandatory medical insurance system when delivering paid medical services. The policy of state and municipal institutions with regard to possibility and regulation on using equipment, purchased at the expense of state budget and funds of MMI (Mandatory Medical Insurance) in the course of a running a profitable activity, is quite controversial. It is not decided, where amortization of the equipment should be directed in such cases. The article is dedicated to possible solutions to this problem.

The order for developing the regulation on labour system norms in a state (municipal) healthcare institution (FSHI «Health Organization and Informatics» Ministry of Health Care of Russia, Moscow, Russia)
Annotation. Questions with regards to the labour norming standards are becoming gradually relevant due to the necessity of establishing indexes and criteria for evaluating employees activity efficiency in the frames of introducing an efficient contract. Logically speaking, norming of the labour should come first before introducing the efficient contract. However, norming the labour — is a complex and time-consuming process, which has to run consistently on an ongoing basis. Therefore, these processes, to a large extent, develop parallel one to another. The starting document for institutions (along with the recommendations of state (municipal) bodies has to become a local normative act — Resolution regarding the system of norming the labour in institution.
