2016 № 5 The value of program complex for the certification of vascular centers and improving of the system of health care for patients with diseases of the circulatory system in the Moscow region.
In order to form an optimal organization of medical care management for patients with myocardial infarction and acute accidents ofcerebrovascular system within the regional segment of the unified state health information system, a program complex (PC) was created which allow for the certification of vascular centers (VC), primary vascular branches (PVB) of medical organizations of the Moscow region. PC allows to maintain a register of patients, form the optimal routing of patients for specialized treatment in VC and PVB of medical organizations, to monitor online the quality of the treatment, to check the compliance with the orders, requirements, standards and clinical guidelines, as well as to carry out planningof requirements and centralized procurement of supplies and medical equipment for VC and PVB
2019 № 3 The use of a clinical information system for patients with circulatory system diseases selection to supply them a high-tech medical care

Abstract. The manuscript presents results of the clinical information system (CIS) application for ensuring the selection of patients with circulatory system diseases for receiving them of high-tech medical care.
The using of CIS is based on the level of morbidity, hospitalization, mortality of the population analysis at Moscow region. CIS provide specialists the information about comparative analysis of population health indicators to determine the needs of municipal
citizens in specific types of high-tech medical care in relevant medical organizations.
Also CIS can be used for monitoring the selection of patients for high-tech medical care, assessing the quality and effectiveness of this type of medical care in various medical organizations. Measures in public health conducted at Moscow region led to decreasing the death rate of patients with circulatory system diseases (CSD). This rate has decreased from 676.2 per 100 thousand population in 2015, to 475.2 per 100 thousand in 2018.
We should pay attention that such data demonstrates the lower mortality from CSD than the average in the Russian Federation and the Central Federal District in recent years.
2018 № 4 Application of a software package for analyzing the effectiveness of a new work management of outpatient hospitals and identifying causes of patients’ dissatisfaction with primary health care
The article presents the main approaches to the application of a software package for assessing the effectiveness of a new work management of outpatient hospitals by identifying the reasons of patients’ dissatisfaction with primary health care following citizens’ appeals and independent assessment of the quality of service delivery of medical organizations at various levels. The results of the Internet websites evaluation sometimes contain the good results of work of outpatient hospitals, but the number of justified complaints about the dissatisfaction with health care in specific medical organizations remains high. The PC allows to analyze the main causes of patients’ dissatisfaction with medical aid and substantiate specific recommendations on the formation of a new model of the work of medical organizations with the aim of significantly increased population’s satisfaction with the quality of medical care provided in outpatient settings.
2017 № 3 Application of a software package for the certification of trauma centers and quality control of treatment of patients affected by road traffic accidents in the Moscow Region
